If one is in a hurry, loose eyeshadows are perfect to work with. I use a more sticky primer and then dabbing or pressing the eyeshadow on top of it. Especially if it's loose one just have to be bit more carefully to prevent fall outs. Then, when the eyeshadows are in place I start to blend it out, which makes it so much easier. If it looks uneven just add some more of the loose fellow!
