Just felt the urge to do something different today and this is what came to my mind. Painting the lower eye lashes creates a really cool effect! Try it out!

Shadows - Mad Minerals in Sterling, Sultry Silver & Wedding, OCC Colour Concentrate Pigment in Iced
Eye pencil - Smoke from MUS
Eye liner - MUS Cake Eye Liner in Black and White
Mascara - Max Lashes Black from MUS
Eyebrow - Wolf from Illamasqua
Rhinestones - Multi form MUS
