Shadows - 15 Shade Blush Palette (bought from Ebay)
Eye pencil - MUS in Snowflake
Eye liner - NYX Studio Liquid Liner in Extreme Purple
Glitter - MUS Glitter Eyeliner in Soft Pink
Mascara - Max Lashes Black from MUS
Eyebrow - Nightfall from MUS

Beautiful!
If you're going to suggest people use their cosmetics for unintended uses, you should be putting a disclaimer that it isn't necessarily safe to do so. For example, many blushes contain FD&C colors that are not approved for eye use by the US FDA (including Reds 6, 7, 21, 27, 30, and 33).
It's at people's own discretion, of course, but your not saying anything about it is misleading.
I forgot to mention this, but as for the eye pencil on lips, eye cosmetics often contain ingredients like chromium oxide green, which is actually toxic when ingested and should definitely not be used around the mouth.
